Never cook a kitchen knife in the dishwasher, the egg gets sore and the handle is worn out much faster. Discharge them instead immediately after use and wipe them off. Do not let your knives lie anyway! Keep your knives dry and safe, for example. in a knife block or on a magnetic stripe. Do not cut into frozen foods or in bones, this may damage the egg. If surface frost has occurred, this can be easily polished with metal pads, but do not do this immediately, deeper corrosion damage can occur. Use a cutting board in plastic or wood when cutting. Do not cut on a plate, glass cutter or on the sink.

– If you cook, for example, the pasta in a stainless steel pan, wait until the water has boiled before pouring into salt. Otherwise, white spots may form on the bottom. These are absolutely not dangerous to health but just look boring. If such white spots have occurred, remove them with soap (for example, Svinto or our Stainless Sponge).
– Use plenty of grease when you are stuck in a stainless steel frying pan.
-You can cook your stainless steel pan / dish in the dishwasher.
