Email us and describe what happened and we will solve it, send with photos. However, please do not return a product without first contacting us and getting your return approved. 

My product was freight damaged when I picked it up, What should I do?
Always try to check the package properly when you download it and detect any damage you report to the agent at once. If you have already come home, contact our customer service ([email protected]) and we will assist you.

Of course you can. Always enter www.cookstore.com as a source when using our images. If you require higher resolution images for printed material, we will arrange.Email us a list of the products that you want images on.
