Delivery and Shipping Cost

COOKSTORE.se normally delivers with Schenker.
In Sweden we charge 69 SEK for domestic shipping, unless order value is greater than 900 SEK, we deliver free of charge.

The order is shipped as soon as possible, normally we deliver within 1-5 working days. If the product is out of stock, we inform by mail new delivery time.
Subject to deviations that may occur.
E.g. if a product is out of stock or if the carrier only supplies certain days in a city.
Weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.

We ship to Denmark and Finland.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders:
It is advisable that the customer check the delivery to verify that this is correct and error free. In case of complaint, please contact Cookstore.se’s customer service on telephone (+46)42-452 50 or by mail ([email protected]), and state the order number and the reason for the complaint. Thereafter an agreement is reached on how to handle return and compensation. If approved, Cookstore.se will pay the shipping. The consumer has 3 years of complaint. Complaint of damage that has occurred during transport (transport damage) must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time.

Condition of Returns
Private customers have the right to undo the purchase within 14 days. In case the goods are used and no longer in the unaltered condition, the deduction of the refund can be made between 15-80%. If the product is lost due to its misuse, no refund will be made. For full refund, the product may be sold as new and the product and its original packaging shall be returned in substantially unchanged condition. If consumers want to use their right of withdrawal, Cookstore.se should be contacted by mail ([email protected]). Return shipping is paid by the customer. The consumer is responsible for the goods in case of any return transport. If the product disappears during return shipping or is damaged under it, the consumer is responsible for this and Cookstore.se is entitled to refuse refund. In case of refund, the money will be paid within 14 days from the date Cookstore.se received the item. In case of questions, the customer can contact Cookstore.se’s customer service via mail ([email protected]). For business customers, no right of withdrawal applies. For products specially made for a particular customer, no right of exchange, open purchase or withdrawal right applies. Cookstore.se commits to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

Non redeemed shipment
For shipping that is not redeemed after the package is returned to Cookstore.se, a fee of 199kr will be charged for Cookstore.se’s costs in connection with return handling and shipping. In the event of repeated attempts to deliver a package to the customer, the fee is charged once per unpaid shipment.

Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, expiratory circumstances and a similar event outside Cookstore.se’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that Cookstore.se is exempted from their obligations to fulfill entered agreements.

Other
Cookstore.se reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers without prior notice. In case of final sales at the stated price, due to that a sale item has expired or due to an incorrect price has Cookstore.com the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. Cookstore.se will also notify the customer if replacement or equivalent sales items are available.
